Service Description

Join us at Pound for Pound to have fun learning about what ingredients make a great sausage from the British Banger to the spicy exotic sausages. This three hour hands-on course gives ample opportunity for you to take part in each stage of the process through mincing the meat, adding the flavourings, stuffing the skins and finally cooking your sausages. You will be guided through making a British Banger and then you will be free to make a designer sausage of your choice adding season and spices to you taste. Refreshments from Pound for Pound’s produce will be available and you will take away a pack of British Bangers and a pack of your very own designer sausages. To arrange a date please email
