Store in refrigerator at 1°- 4°C, consume within 3 days of opening.
The sea trout has a lighter flavour and smother texture than smoked salmon. Open packet and leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with an orange and pine nut salad or with our Lemon, Ginger and Red Pepper Chutney.
