Our salmon is lightly cured in a traditional mix of French salt, Demerara sugar and dill. Then oak smoked for a full delicate flavour.

Store in refrigerator at 1° to 4°C, consume within 3 days of opening.
Smoked Salmon is ready to eat. Remove from the packing 15 minutes before serving. Serve classically with brown bread, capers, Hollandaise sauce and a lemon wedge.
