Our salmon is lightly cured in a traditional Dill mix and then oak smoked for a full delicate flavour.

Store in refrigerator at 1° to 4°C, consume within 3 days of opening.
The salmon is ready to eat. Remove from the packing 10 minutes before serving. Serve classically with brown bread and lemon wedge.
