Our cod loin is cured in French salt followed by a light oak smoke.

Store in refrigerator at 1°- 4°C, consume within 3 days of opening.
The smoked cod should be gently cooked. Simply pan fry in butter and serve with new potatoes, fresh peas and a lemon butter.
