Our cod loin is salt cured followed by a light oak smoke.

    COD (Fish), Salt, Sugar, Smoke

  • Storage

    Store in refrigerator at 1°- 4°C, consume within 3 days of opening.

  • Serving Notes

    The smoked cod will need cooking. Simply pan fry with new potatoes, fresh peas and serve with lemon butter
