Oak Smoked Tamworth Back Bacon
A dry cured oak smoked bacon from a local free range herd of Tamworth pigs.

So many uses for this larder staple. Less fatty than streaky bacon it makes an ideal breakfast with eggs. Add to potato cakes, or bread mix. Wrap around asparagus before baking or add to winter soups for added flavour.
Store in refrigerator at 1°- 4°C, consume within 3 days of opening.
