No bright yellow here! Our haddock is undyed and lightly salted to cure followed by a light oak smoke.


One side (270 – 310g)

  • Ingredients

    Allergens are identified in BOLD

    HADDOCK (Fish), Salt, Sugar, Smoke

  • Storage

    Store in refrigerator at 1°- 4°C, consume within 3 days of opening.

  • Serving Notes

    The smoked haddock will need cooking. Two traditional dishes are Kedgeree or milk poached and served with buttered spinach and mustard sauce
